I'm Parth — a product designer who believes answers are cheap and questions are the expensive part. Flip the cards. That's the whole method.
Every brief arrives pre-framed, usually wrong. Before pixels, I re-ask it until the real problem shows up.
"Make the dashboard better" became "why do recruiters abandon shortlisting halfway?" That reframe — not the redesign — is what shipped an ~11% lift in recruiter actions on Job Hai's CMP.
◂ BACKJob-fraud victims don't need fewer taps — they need proof they're safe. Fear beats friction. That insight came from field research with security guards in Delhi NCR, and became a fraud roadmap: 653 fake listings mapped, 249 recruiters blacklisted.
◂ BACKOkto's onboarding had to survive a million first-timers, not a demo. Designing for the millionth user is what separates a flow from a decoration.
◂ BACKThe question this entire website answers. Serious products earn attention the same way games do: feedback, reward, personality — never at the cost of clarity.
◂ BACKB.Des (2017–21) — systems and softness in the same curriculum. Jamini Roy Gold Medal (2016), presented by the President of India. Later: Google UX, and a University of Cambridge professional UX programme.
Fintech → Web3 → consumer scale. Canon apprenticeship (2021), HMLC luxury rebrand, Okto/CoinDCX: 1M+ users onboarded, now Job Hai at InfoEdge hunting job fraud.
UX research · design systems · interaction · motion · prototyping. Figma pen-tool loyalist, GSAP-style motion, AI copilots used with taste. Prototypes over decks, always.
Sketchbooks on every surface, cameras I can't afford, Himalayan treks, short films and storyboards. And gaming — which is homework disguised as play.
Books explain affordances. Games make you feel one missing frame of feedback. A thousand hours as a player is a thousand hours as the user.
You can't brute-force Sekiro. Observe the pattern, die honestly, return sharper. My iteration loop, verbatim.
RIOT's design & animation language is my reference library — dense information that stays readable at 300ms decision speed, motion that always means something.
Diegetic HUDs, wayfinding by light, tutorials disguised as level design. Where I study interfaces when they think nobody's watching.
Will absolutely say "just one more attempt" at 1am — at bosses and at prototypes alike. Unpatched since childhood; shipping as a feature.
